【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcovershollowandsolid(see5.3and5.4)concretemasonryunitsmadefromhydrauliccement,water,andmineralaggregateswithorwithouttheinclusionofothermaterials.Therearethreeclassesofconcretemasonryunits:(1)normalweight,(2)mediumweight,and(3)lightweight.Theseunitsaresuitableforbothloadbearingandnonloadbearingapplications.1.2Concretemasonryunitscoveredbythisspecificationaremadefromlightweightornormalweightaggregates,orboth.1.3Thetextofthisspecificationreferencesnotesandfootnoteswhichprovideexplanatorymaterial.Thesenotesandfootnotes(excludingthoseintablesandfigures)shallnotbeconsideredasrequirementsofthestandard.1.4Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.Note18212;Whenparticularfeaturesaredesiredsuchassurfacetexturesforappearanceorbond,finish,color,orparticularpropertiessuchasdensityclassification,highercompressivestrength,fireresistance,thermalperformanceoracousticalperformance,thesefeaturesshouldbespecifiedseparatelybythepurchaser.Suppliersshouldbeconsultedastotheavailabilityofunitshavingthedesiredfeatures.
