【摘要】:Ethyleneoxideisamajorrawmaterialusedinthemanufactureofnumerousotherbulkindustrialchemicalsaswellasasterilizingagent.Thistestmethodprovidesameansofevaluatingexposuretoethyleneoxideintheworkingenvironmentatthepresentlyrecommendedexposureguidelines:5.2.1OSHAPEL1ppm(v)8-hrTWA.35.2.2ACGIHTLV1ppm(v).41.1Thistestmethoddescribesthedeterminationofethyleneoxide(oxirane)inworkplaceatmospheresusingcharcoaltubemethodology.1.2Thistestmethodiscompatiblewithlowflowratepersonalsamplingequipment:10to200mL/min.Itcanbeusedforpersonnelorareamonitoring.1.3Thesamplingmethoddevelopsatime-weightedaverage(TWA)sampleandcanbeusedtodetermineshort-termexcursions(STE).1.4TheapplicableconcentrationrangefortheTWAsampleisfrom0.3to20ppm(v).1.5TheapplicableconcentrationrangefortheSTEsamplerangesfrom1to1000ppm(v).1.6ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsshallberegardedasthestandard.Inch-poundunitsareprovidedforinformationonly.1.7Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.(FormorespecificsafetyprecautionarystatementsseeSection9and10.2.3and11.1.3.)

【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsandtestmethodsfortheconstruction,safety,markingandrationaluseofenergyofindependentgas-firedconvectionheatingappliances,hereafterreferredtoasappliances.ThisstandardisapplicabletotypesB11AS,B11BS,B11CS(commonlyreferredtointhisstandardastypeB1appliances)andtypeC11independentconvectionheatingappliancesburninggas:-thatincorporateanaturaldraughtburner;-thatareconnecteddirectlytoanopenflueortoadevicetoevacuatetheproductsofcombustion(open-fluedappliances,balanced-fluedappliances);-thatarewallmounted,free-standingorbuilt-in;-thathaveanominalheatinputnotexceeding20kW(basedonthenetcalorificvalue).Inaddition,thisstandardisapplicabletolivefueleffectappliances.Thisstandardisnotapplicableto:-openfrontedappliancesasspecifiedinprEN13278;-decorativefueleffectappliancesasspecifiedinEN509;-catalyticcombustionappliances;-appliancesinwhichthesupplyofcombustionairand/orevacuationofproductsofcombustionisachievedbymechanicalmeans;-ducted-airappliances;-appliancesinstalledbymeansofaclosureplate(see3.3.3.3).Thisstandardisonlyapplicabletoapplianceswhichareintendedtobetypetested.Mattersrelatedtoqualityassurancesystems,testsduringproductionandtocertificatesofconformityofauxiliarydevicesarenotdealtwithbythisstandard.
