【摘要】:ThissectionofIEC60870-5appliestoprotectionequipmentwithcodedbitserialdatatransmissionforexchanginginformationwithcontrolsystems.Itdefinesacompanionstandardthatenablesinteroperabilitybetweenprotectionequipmentanddevicesofacontrolsysteminasubstation.ThedefinedcompanionstandardutilizesstandardsoftheIEC60870-5series.ThissectionofIEC60870-5presentsspecificationsfortheinformativeinterfaceofprotectionequipment.Thisstandarddoesnotnecessarilyapplytoequipmentthatcombinesprotectionandcontrolfunctionsinthesamedevicesharingasinglecommunicationport.ThissectionofIEC60870-5describestwomethodsofinformationexchange:thefirstisbasedonexplicitlyspecifiedAPPLICATIONSERVICEDATAUNITS(ASDUs)andapplicationproceduresfortransmissionof'standardized'messages,andthesecondusesgenericservicesfortransmissionofnearlyallpossibleinformation.The'standardized'messagesdonotcoverallpossibleprotectionfunctions,andfurthermoreaprotectiondevicemaysupportonlyasubsetofthemessagesspecifiedinthisstandard.Forinteroperabilitypurposes,inspecificapplications,thissubsethastobespecifiedinclause8.Theuseofpredefinedmessagesandapplicationproceduresismandatory,ifapplicable.Inothercasesgenericservicesshallbeused.The'privateranges'definedinthisstandardaremaintainedforcompatibilityreasons;however,theiruseisnotrecommendedforfutureapplications.
