【摘要】:Twoprocedures,AandB,areoutlinedinthistestmethod.ProcedureAisusedmostoftenfordevelopmentofvariousbeveragecontainerdesignstodeterminethefunctionalcharacteristicsofthepackageinregardtoshelflife.ProcedureBisrecommendedforuseinbeveragefillingoperationsasaqualitycontroltoolinmaintainingthedesiredCO2fillpressure.AlossofCO2willaffectproducttaste.ProcedureAinvolvestheuseofsensitivepressureandtemperaturemonitoringequipmentwhereahighdegreeofaccuracyisessential,forexample,amicro-pressuretransducerandthermocoupleformeasuringpressureandtemperatureofthepackageinaclosedsystem.Alternatively,thisproceduremayalsousebottlesclosedwithroll-onaluminumcapscontainingrubberseptums.Theseptumispiercedwithahypodermicneedleattachedtoapressuretransducertoobtainpressurereadings.Thisprocedureshouldbeconfinedtolaboratoriesthatarepracticedinthistypeofanalyticaltesting.ProcedureBismorewidelyusedwhenmeasuringthecarbonationlevelofthepackageduetothesimplicityofthetechnique.AsimpleZahm-NaglepressureassemblyorTerrisCO2Analyzerisutilized.1.1Theobjectiveofthistestmethodistodeterminethecarbondioxide(CO2)lossfromplasticbeveragecontainersafteraspecifiedperiodofstoragetime.1.2Factorscontributingtothispressurelossarevolumeexpansionandthegastransportcharacteristicsofthepackageincludingpermeationandleakage.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThisTechnicalReportdescribesamethodforcomputingcontinuousrecordsofstreamflowinanopenchannelthroughthenumericalsolutionoftheone-dimensionalunsteadyflowequations.Suchanapproachistypicallyidentifiedasanunsteadyflowmodelandgenerallyinvolvestheuseofcomputersforsolutionoftheflowequations.Unsteadyflowmodelsareappropriateforcomputingstreamflowrecordsatlocationswhere(1)asingle-valuedstage-dischargerelationdoesnotexist,(2)backwateraffectsthedischargeunderselectedorallconditions,(3)flowsareaffectedbytides,or(4)itisnotpossibletogagetheflowusingvelocity-areamethods.Unsteadyflowmodelsalsoareappropriateforevaluatingtheeffectsofchangesinamanagedflowregimeondownstreamconditionspriortotheimplementationofanychanges.ThisTechnicalReportisapplicabletosteadyandunsteadyflows,tonomineeflows,andtotidalflowsinwhichtherearenosignificantlongitudinalandverticaldensitygradients.Themethodisconsideredequivalentto,orbetterthan,thecommonlyusedstage-fall-dischargetechnique(ISO1100-1:1996,7.2andAnnexC)becausethemethodusesinformationonthephysicalcharacteristicsofthechannel,includingthecross-sectionalgeometry,channelrugosityandchannelslope,andthemethodisbasedonamathematicaldescriptionofthephysicsoffluidflow.ThisTechnicalReportdescribesthetheoreticalbasisandfundamentalassumptionsofthetechnique,andprovidesasummaryofselectednumericalmethodsusedtosolvetheunsteadyflowequations.Alsoprovidedaredetailsontheapplicationofanunsteadyflowmodel,includingdatarequirements,proceduresformodelcalibration,testing,andapplications,andidentificationofuncertaintiesassociatedwiththemethod.ThisTechnicalReportdoesnotprovidesufficientinformationforthedevelopmentofacomputerprogramforsolvingtheunsteadyflowequations,butratherisbasedontheassumptionthatanadequatelydocumentedcomputerprogramisavailable
