【摘要】:Thistechnicalspecificationdefinesthespecificinterfacesandfunctionalityoftraffictelematics(TT)servicesbasedontheuseofcellularnetworks.Devicemanufacturersareenabledtodevelopterminalequipmentcompatibletoservicesbasedonthisstandard.Thiswillallowforinteroperabilityofdifferentterminalequipmentandserviceproviderswhichallowscompetitionbetweenserviceprovidersandterminalmanufacturers.Furthermoreitsetsthesceneforinternationalavailabilityoftheseservices.Thistechnicalspecificationspecifies·TT-specificinterfacesbetweenterminalandservicecentre.Thisespeciallyincorporatesthemessagesetsoftheapplicationdataprotocolsandtheservice-independentcommunicationhandling(includingconditionalaccessandtransportprotocols).·Functionality,proceduresandrequirementsofbasicterminalcomponentsaswellastheirinteractionwiththeservicecentre.Thisespeciallycomprisesconditionalaccessandsecuritymechanisms.·ServiceSpecifications,whichareessentialtoensureconsistentbehaviourofterminalandservicecentre.Theservicesincorporatedwithinthisissuecomprise:·breakdownandemergencyservices·interactivetrafficinformationservices·broadcasttrafficinformationservices·navigationservices(routeassistance,routeadvice,homing)·operatorservices·generalinformationservices·floatingcardatacollectionItisenvisagedthatfutureresearchanddevelopmentwillleadtoimprovementsontheserviceslistedaboveaswellastothecreationofnewservices.Neverthelessthistechnicalspecificationprovidestheframeworkforseamlessintegrationofnewfeaturesandservicesintotheexistingarchitecture.

【摘要】:ThispartofEN843specifiesamethodforstatisticalanalysisofceramicstrengthdataintermsofatwo-parameterWeibulldistributionusingamaximumlikelihoodestimationtechnique.Itassumesthatthedatasethasbeenobtainedfromaseriesoftestsundernominallyidenticalconditions.NOTE1Inprinciple,Weibullanalysisisconsideredtobestrictlyvalidforthecaseoflinearelasticfracturebehaviourtothepointoffailure,i.e.foraperfectlybrittlematerial,andunderconditionsinwhichstrengthlimitingflawsdonotinteractandinwhichthereisonlyasinglestrength-limitingflawpopulation.Ifsubcriticalcrackgrowthorcreepdeformationprecedingfractureoccurs,WeibullanalysiscanstillbeappliediftheresultsfitaWeibulldistribution,butnumericalparametersmaychangedependingonthemagnitudeoftheseeffects.Sinceitisimpossibletobecertainofthedegreetowhichsubcriticalcrackgrowthorcreepdeformationhasoccurred,thisEuropeanStandardpermitstheanalysisofthegeneralsituationwherecrackgrowthorcreepmayhaveoccurred,providedthatitisrecognizedthattheparametersderivedfromtheanalysismaynotbethesameasthosederivedfromdatawithnosubcriticalcrackgrowthorcreep.NOTE2ThisEuropeanStandardemploysthesamecalculationproceduresasmethodAofISO20501:2003[1],butdoesnotprovideamethodfordealingwithcensoreddata(methodBofISO20501).
