【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61241specifiesgeneralrequirementsforthedesign,construction,testingandmarkingofelectricalapparatusprotectedbyanyrecognizedsafeguardtechniqueforuseinareaswherecombustibledustmaybepresentinquantitiesthatcouldleadtoafireorexplosionhazard.ThisPart0ofEN61241coversCategory1D,2Dand3Dapparatus.Onlyincasesspecificallymentioned,therequirementsdifferforCategories1D,2Dand3D.Inallcaseswhereapparatusareinvolved,thereferencestozonesshallbereadZone20Category1DZone21Category2DorCategory1DZone22Category3DorCategory1Dor2DThisstandardissupplementedormodifiedbythefollowingpartsofIEC61241concerningspecifictypesofprotection:–Part1:Protectionbyenclosures‘tD’–Part2:Protectionbypressurization‘pD’(underconsideration)–Part11:Intrinsicallysafeapparatus‘iD’–Part18:Protectionbyencapsulation‘mD’Theapplicationofelectricalapparatusinatmosphereswhichmaycontainexplosivegasaswellascombustibledust,whethersimultaneouslyorseparately,requiresadditionalprotectivemeasures.Thisstandarddoesnotspecifyrequirementsforsafety,otherthanthosedirectlyrelatedtotheexplosionrisk.Wheretheapparatushastomeetotherenvironmentalconditions,forexample,protectionagainstingressofwaterandresistancetocorrosion,additionalmethodsofprotectionmaybenecessary.Themethodusedisnottoadverselyaffecttheintegrityoftheenclosure.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytodustsofexplosivesthatdonotrequireatmosphericoxygenforcombustion,ortopyrophoricsubstances.Thisstandardisnotapplicabletoelectricalapparatusintendedforuseinundergroundpartsofminesaswellasthosepartsofsurfaceinstallationsofsuchminesendangeredbyfiredampand/orcombustibledust.Thisstandarddoesnottakeaccountofanyriskduetoanemissionofflammableortoxicgasfromthedust.
