【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodfortheroastingofgreencoffeeandthepreparationfromthegroundcoffeesampleofabeveragetobeusedinsensoryanalysis.NOTES1Thesensoryanalysiswhichwillbecarriedoutfollow-ingthispreparationmaybeusedtodeterminetheac-ceptanceorrejectionofashipmentofcoffeedependingontheagreementsbetweenthepartiesconcerned.Gen-erally,thesamplewillrequirealightroastforassessmentofdefects,andamediumroastforassessmentofflavourandcolour(see8.1).2AbeveragepreparedinaccordancewiththisInter-nationalStandardmaybeusednotonlyforpurposesof.qualitycontrol,butalsoforpurposesofcomparativeas-sessmentofdifferentsamples,.inwhichcaseanidenticalprocedure(seeclause8)shouldbefollowedforeachofthesamples.
